The intervention drew on Pallant House’s glassware collection whilst exploring the material properties of a personal heirloom. Two dimensional images, encased in a handcrafted modular structure were presented on the hearth. An invitation to the viewer, to closely, intimately inspect the work, echoing the scale and richness of the house’s material history.
